Consultation

Half an hour and you know where to start

Right now every week costs you several hours of retyping, reminding and searching. Not because you work badly, but because nobody has ever sat down and counted where it goes. We go through it together, on your own process, in thirty minutes.

Who it’s for

Your audit result was weak and you don’t know where to start

You know you have a problem, but not how to begin fixing it.

You’ve tried automation before and it didn’t work

Something technical got in the way, or you ran out of time.

You’re doing more and more, and earning the same

The business grew, but the way you run it stayed the same. We can pull the two apart.

You suspect your work could be easier

You don’t want to hire yet, but you don’t know how to cope with the pile of work.

How the thirty minutes go

  1. 0–5 min

Intro: you tell me what brought you here

We start with what annoys you and what you think would be best to automate in your business.

  2. 5–25 min

    I ask you some questions

What you do and how, what repeats, what you can’t stand. I have a few questions that may surprise you.

  3. 25–30 min

    We agree what happens next

I answer your questions, we settle the next steps, and I give you my first impressions.

What you keep after the call

  • 01I send you my observations and a proposal for what to automate.
  • 02The first process worth starting with, and an estimate of how much you’d save.
  • 03An honest answer on whether you need anyone from outside to do it.

All of it stays yours, even if you never get in touch again.

Questions people ask most

What if you don’t find anything?
I’ll tell you straight. I won’t sell you something you don’t need. I take pride in my work, so I don’t want to build anything you won’t use.
Do I have to order anything from you afterwards?
No. The call and the audit result are free, with no obligation.
How long does it take?
Thirty minutes, online. If we get on well and both have time, we can go over.
Isn’t this just a sales call?
I have nothing to sell you on it: I only set the price of an implementation once it’s clear what can be done. If I decide I can’t help you, I’ll say so.

You pick a time in the calendar, and that’s it. I take on a limited number of projects at a time, so you may have to wait a few days.
